Cancellation Policy: 

We do not cancel orders pre ship at this time. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Standard Return Policy". Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this may result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You will also be charged for round trip shipping costs.

 

Freight & Shipping Charge Policy: 

All items sold by VaasuHomes have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from VaasuHomes are shipped via FedEx and UPS. Extra heavy items such as furniture will be shipped via courier, or Truck Freight and may take some extra time to arrive. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all furniture items to ship. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. Many of our items have FREE SHIPPING, but this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping, and being shipped to the continental United States.

 

 Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we shall be happy to credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item, less any shipping or handling costs, except for products that were assembled, modified, or made to order. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you need more information about shipping or determining if this product is made to order. Customer must contact VaasuHomes via email or phone within 30 days from the time product receipt.

 

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions: 
1. The merchandise must be in its original condition and in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.
2. Merchandise must not have been installed or altered in any way.
3. No returns will be allowed for Discount or Clearance products, except for damaged or defective shipments.
4. No returns on part orders.
5. Claims after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for return or replacement. 

 

In the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter immediately. When items are shipped by FedEx or UPS, we must contact them within 48 hours to ensure a quick, free of charge resolution. Upon inspecting the merchandise, please contact us by calling our toll free number  (833)823-5418 or through email, noting what was damaged, so that we can assist you immediately and expedite a new item right away.

 

For all Freight Orders we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may not returned if there is buyer's remorse.

Customer must contact VaasuHomes via email or phone within 30 days from the time product receipt.  VaasuHomes will issue a Return Goods Authorization number within 7 business days from the return request date.The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

All returns must be authorized in advance and must have a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being shipped back. Any returns sent back without a valid RGA number will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Refusal of product is not considered a return and a credit will not be guaranteed. Returns made outside of our stated policy are subject to additional shipping and restocking fees depending on the supplier and situation.

 

To avoid delays in issuing a credit to you, please provide us with return tracking information so that we may confirm the product has been returned to the manufacturer.
